Whistleblowing

What Is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing refers to the act of reporting a genuine concern about suspected wrongdoing within the National Credit Guarantee Company Limited (NCGC) or by any individual or organisation acting on its behalf.

Such concerns may relate to, but are not limited to, criminal acts, fraud, corruption, abuse of office, breach of laws or regulations, miscarriage of justice, or actions that pose risks to public interest, health, safety, or the environment.

Whistleblowing Channels

NCGC has established a secure and effective whistleblowing framework that allows employees, Partner Financial Institutions (PFIs), vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to report misconduct discreetly and confidentially.

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and whistleblowers are protected against retaliation when reports are made in good faith.
